🚚 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details

🧾 Tracking Your Order

  • You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has shipped

  • You can track your parcel directly through Royal Mail, DPD, or Evri’s tracking portals

  • If you don’t receive tracking info within 48 hours, contact us

📬 Delivery Notes

  • We deliver to all UK mainland addresses, including Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands

  • We currently do not ship to PO Boxes

  • All orders require a valid UK address and postcode

📦 Missed or Lost Deliveries

  • If no one is home, the courier may leave a calling card or redelivery instructions
